Posh is still posh, y’all — she just had a little fun! Victoria Beckham let loose at her London store’s anniversary party on Tuesday, Sept. 22, but she didn’t wet herself like it appeared. According to multiple sources, the fashion designer simply spilled a drink on herself.
"Victoria had been working so hard ahead of her show,” one insider explains to Us. “She’s been running around and using every ounce of her energy. She let her hair down last night and had a few drinks,” the insider clarifies of the Spice Girls alum, who was photographed with wet pants while hanging onto her husband, David Beckham, as she left the fete.
“Victoria was having an amazing time at the event, she just spilled some wine on herself,” another source maintains of the star. “She did not pee her pants! It was odd she didn’t change her clothes, but she was just ready to go home, she said she worked harder this week than any other week in her life.”
As for the white powder all over the genetically gifted couple’s sleek black outfits, the second source explains the white balloons were to blame. “Her and David took a run through the balloon room and got the white dust all over their clothes,” the partygoer tells Us.
“Thank u to all who helped celebrate the VBDoverSt first anniversary! x vb HaigClub LFW,” Victoria captioned an Instagram photo of herself and David at the party holding cocktails. “So much fun last night! x vb VBDoverSt,” she captioned another picture-proof photo of herself letting loose in the giant white balloon display.
