My best photobomb ever Zach Braff Photobombs Couple's Wedding Photo In NYC's Times Square: Picture By Nivel
Who's that scrub!? Zach Braff knows how to take over a picture! The Scrubs alum shared a picture of himself photobombing a sweet couple in one of their wedding photos on a New York City crosswalk near Times Square on Thursday, Nov. 21.
In the photo, the 38-year-old actor is seen passing newlyweds Verena and Michael (at just the right moment!) mid-kiss. Braff smiles big for the camera while dressed in jeans, a black jacket and a baseball cap. He also makes his way through what appears to be the middle of Times Square, carrying a backpack and holding a cup of coffee.
On Nov. 21, the photographer, Sascha Reinking, tweeted at Braff with the picture. "Sir, I think you photobombed my newlywed couple the other day in New York. :) Well played."
As Braff quipped back: "This is one of my best photobombs ever."
Reinking went on to share when she first noticed the star was in the picture on her Sascha Reinking Photography website. "The funny thing about this was that I didn’t even notice it until I started to edit the images earlier tonight! I scanned through the set and his face looked familiar. 'Is that Zach Braff?'" she wrote. "It definitely looked like Zach Braff had photobombed our session."
From a distance he is hard to identify.
But Scrubs star Zach Braff did not quite manage to blend into the crowd as he had a Where's Wally moment while a couple had a wedding photo taken in New York this week.
The cheeky actor shamelessly grinned at the camera while strolling past when what should have been a touching picture was being taken at a pedestrian crossing.
What a Wally: Zach Braff chanelled the children's character by sneaking in as a couple had a wedding photo taken this week
The photographer who took the image could not believe his eyes when he saw the performer photobombing as he crossed the road.
And the snapper, named Sascha Reinking, sent him a joky tweet where he congratulated him for his efforts.
He said: 'Sir, I think you photobombed my newlywed couple the other day in New York. :) Well played...'
And the delighted filmmaker soon gave a jovial response, telling his new friend: 'This is one of my best photobombs ever.'
While he is best known for his 10 year stint as John 'J.D.' Dorian in Scrubs, he is currently launching a successful second career as a director.
His 2004 indie film Garden State won a slew of awards, while he is currently filming his latest project Wish I Was Here.
The enterprising star raised $3.1m after launching a Kickstarter campaign back in April, raking in far more than his $2m target.
Branching out: After a successful television career Zach is now on the road to becoming a popular director.
