The mother-of-one scored a fashion hit wearing a flattering lace detail jumpsuit for the star-studded event at the Manchester United football ground.
Oozing old school Hollywood glamour the 28-year-old showed off her impressive post-baby figure, after welcoming baby Nevaeh Rose back in June of this year.
The fitted black jumpsuit, which featured lace sleeves and neck detail, was teamed with a pair of black stiletto heels.Her honey-hued hair was styled in loose waves falling down one side of neck and she completed her vampy look with a dash of deep red lipstick.
Tom, who is a central midfielder for Manchester Untied looked dapper in a black suit as he posed up with the mother of his child.
Other footballing power couples who attended included Robin Van Persie and his wife Bouchra, whoe stunned in a blue dress with a dropped hem.
Sam Johnstone’s girlfriend Bryony Turner also opted for blue on the red carpet but kept cosy by teaming her shift dress with opaque tights.
