The couple, who wed in 2008, renewed their vows at Disneyland in an elaborate fifth anniversary ceremony on April 30, which included a horse-drawn crystal carriage, white suits for both Cannon and Morocco, and 15,000 flowers and 10,000 crystals at the reception.
Carey's sultry photo comes just one day after the "#Beautiful" singer announced her movement to new management under frequent collaborator Jermaine Dupri on Monday. The pair previously worked together on Carey's 2005 album The Emancipation of Mimi.
