The former Dawson's Creek actress, 34, hit the Gravity premiere on Oct. 1 in NYC wearing a similar Alaia number, but in a hot-pink color and with a higher neckline. The hemline also seemed a little longer on Holmes, who wore her hair in a simple ponytail and was spotted giving George Clooney a hug at the bash.
