"I have the best friends in the world!" the 29-year-old wrote via Instagram on Friday, Sept. 27. With the caption, Kardashian posted a photo of a crystal heart that pals Malika and Khadijah Haqq gave her. The sisters had "Love You 4 Ever" engraved on it.
The recent Twitter comment was only one of many that day. Soon after, Kardashian posted a picture of a sign that read: "I Can't Explain And I Won't Even Try." She also shared a photo of a black unicorn alongside the caption "I believe." Her last tweet of the night was thanking her fans for all of their support during this difficult time. "Thank you!!! Earlier in the day, the brunette beauty looked somber as she tried to hide behind a pair of aviator sunglasses on the way to the gym in L.A.
