We're not joking. Sure, there were some rocky years with the blonde Hannah Montana wig. But in this 2011 photo of Miley, showing her out and about in New York City, the "Hannah Montana" star is sporting a cozy, layered look with skinny jeans we'd love to channel this winter.
Plus her braids and ombre are spot-on.
